He Not Busy Being Born is Busy Dying

I try to learn something new every day. I learned a valuable lesson yesterday--do NOT try and cook with raw (unroasted) poblanos. I was making my own bastardized form of carne adobado and I sliced some raw poblanos into them. If your definition of good Mexican food is bitter, I highly recommend it. Otherwise, you might want to consider roasting them first.
